I’m a retired vet with lousy ears and two hearing aids already in the drawer. Figured I’d give these a shot since the young folks say bone-conduction is the new thing. Well… I’ll be honest, I could hear my music pretty clearly, but it all sort of blended together. The high notes? Forget it. No crisp, sharp tones—just kind of a humming sensation, like everything’s stuck in the lower bass range.
It wasn’t terrible. Voices came through fine and I didn’t have to crank up the TV to blast my wife out of the room. But when it comes to enjoying the bright, clean highs of a guitar solo or the sparkle in a piano, these fall short. Maybe that’s just my old ears talking, but to me, it all sounds a little monotone.

“Good at home, tricky on the road.”
"I spend a lot of time driving for work, so I was hoping these would keep me company on long trips. At home, they’re wonderful. I can chat with my daughter on the phone and hear her clearly without any issues. But on the highway? That’s another story.
Between the hum of the road, wind noise, and trucks flying by, the bone conduction sound just can’t compete. The only way I can hear decently while driving is if I take my hearing aids out, but even then the roar of the highway overpowers the device. It’s like the outside noise is battling against it the whole time.
Don’t get me wrong, they’re fine around the house and in quiet places. Music and phone calls come through nicely when things are calm. But if you’re planning to use them in a noisy car or on the road, just know it’s not their strong suit unless you have ear plugs.
